Your presence in all the sessions and responses reflected back to me that I was heard and my thoughts and feelings were valued.  -PN
I appreciate your thoughtfulness and approach. You are really listening...and it’s really really helpful. I don’t feel judged, and I don’t feel like you are making any assumptions about me, and that’s really helpful. Thank you for doing this work.  -NA
[This work] has improved my confidence: I now feel that I have a way to work through situations that is respectful of everyone's needs including my own. I used to feel so overwhelmed in social situations, not knowing how to respond. I was often hurt and my standard response was to withdraw. Now I feel more able to stay present... through getting in touch with my feelings and needs I am starting to recognize their validity. By recognizing and acknowledging my own, I am better able to recognize and acknowledge others' needs as well. Thank you!   -SH
