Empathy Circles

What?
The Empathy Circle Practice is a unique group process designed and facilitated by Casey for family, business, and team settings that is simultaneously educational and therapeutic. It runs 1-3 hours depending on the size of your group. It is a circle in which each member has equal opportunity in making their voices heard. In these sessions you will practice and learn concrete empathic listening skills such as:
Who?
This practice is for any group that is suffering from lack of cohesion or trust, have constant low-level conflict, or who deal with significant pressures or stresses as a group.
Why?
Teams who can see each other as real, whole, people, tend to behave more gently and considerately towards one another. They are more productive, trusting, and efficient. When teams collectively generate empathic listening skills they are more capable of:
When and Where?
Is up to you. This service is mobile and can accommodate your location and your busy schedule. Session location can also be provided upon request.

- minimizing the voice in your head that wants to fix, argue, or avoid
- hearing and identifying emotions in a reflective way
- identifying underlying needs in a person's story
- "holding space" - how to be present and engage with someone who is suffering or in conflict yet still empower them to experience their own process and find their own solutions
Who?
This practice is for any group that is suffering from lack of cohesion or trust, have constant low-level conflict, or who deal with significant pressures or stresses as a group.
